Group Sing-Alongs

Three elderly women sitting at a table, playing with colored egg shakers, smiling and laughing.

These sing-alongs typically include 10-15 individuals that meet about once a month. Songbooks with lyrics to well-known melodies are provided. Led by a pianist and vocalist, these group sessions aim to foster a sense of connection, improve communication and enhance overall wellness.

Individual Sessions

Older man and younger man sitting on a sofa, enjoying music and singing together. The younger man is playing an acoustic guitar. There is a potted plant on a table in front of them, along with two white mugs, and glasses. Natural light is coming through curtains in the background.

These regular sessions are held one to one. Participants have the opportunity to select from a variety of activities including musical meditation and mindful colouring. Individual sessions boost confidence, offer a wider range of flexibility to support the resident’s needs and provide a comfortable space for meaningful conversation.
